Kids Eat Free Where?

Is it just me or do kid's meals at restaurants seem overpriced? I know that there are restaurants out there that have "kids eat free on..." days but it's tough knowing where and when. I know that one of my favorite restaurants, Texas Roadhouse, has kids eat for $0.99 on Tuesdays. That's a great deal. And I know several families that are about to double in size this year. So I would love to have a "kids eat free (or cheap)" list. If you know of any place where kids can still eat free, please let me know when and where and I'll make a good list.

This story's not interesting, but I have a question.

http://www.cnn.com/2007/US/03/16/man.overboard.ap/index.html?eref=rss_topstories

"The 24-year-old man ran through a Carnival Cruise Lines ship cabin window and fell into the water off Fort Lauderdale, a witness told Coast Guard Petty Officer Dana Warr. It was unclear whether the window was open at the time."

Well, let's see, was the window broken?

We'll see who actually reads this blog...

Willow Sophia Burton (tentative)

We went back to the doctor's office for the second ultrasound with the right DVD (see previous post). The following clip is the entire 8 minute scan. Feel free to watch as little or as much as you like, but there is a pretty cool part in the middle where she's opening her mouth.

"It" is now a "she". And she looks pretty comfortable.

She's a bit bashful. (She's covering her face with her hands.)

She didn't move around a whole lot and she never sucked her thumb, but she did touch her face a lot and she rubbed her hands together.

We don't have any video because we had the wrong kind of disc, but they said I can come back soon and get a new scan on video. I was upset at first, but now I'm glad it worked out this way.

The ultrasound also said I was 17 weeks instead of 18, but I'm sticking with 18 since I get to pick my due date a week early: August 3rd.

We have a name but it's not complete yet. I'll share it later.
