I really nice lady came to see the house today. She was about 30, possibly single and I think she had a son. Anyway, she loved the house and the neighborhood and said she would probably want to come back and see it again soon. That was very encouraging for me even if nothing comes of it. We're in no hurry since we have no where to go.
